Modulor manufacture bathroom pods, fully finished and tested, in a controlled factory environment. This provides the Client with known fixed costs, guaranteed quality and significant logistical site benefits. The pods are then delivered, installed and commissioned within the project building envelope, thus eliminating MEP and wet trades requirement for these elements of work on site.
