SNASCO to present Sharjah Investment Centre at Cityscape 2006 from 4 to 6 December.

Leading regional property development firm SNASCO, announced that they are ready to participate in 'Cityscape 2006', an International Property Investment and Development show that will be held from the 4-6 December at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Mr. Saleh Al-Sorayai, Chairman of SNASCO, said: "Due to the importance of this event that has been garnered from its past successes and achievement, and its status across the GCC and the rest of the world, we took it upon ourselves to reserve a distinctive place in this show, almost a whole year in advance."

"By this participation, SNASCO aims to present and showcase its various projects and developments across the UAE, and to share our experience with potential clients, while forming new alliances for investment purposes with well known companies that have an international experience in the real estate development and investment sector in the Region. This will be a great opportunity for us and those participating, to get a clearer idea of how this investment sector is developing in the region", he added.

This year, SNASCO will present the company's new projects in the UAE. On show will be the Sharjah Investment Centre "SIC", a development that was recently announced last September. This unique project is considered by industry experts as one of the most attractive industrial, commercial and residential developments being constructed in the UAE and provides distinctive investment opportunities for serious investors. Additionally "Al Basateen" residential project in Sharjah and the "West Bay" tower in Business Bay Dubai will also be on show, demonstrating the quality of SNASCO and its various investments that target various fields, giving the company a distinctive position in the realty development market.

Mr. Al-Sorayai says that he values SNASCO's participation at this year's Cityscape, where he anticipates a great response to the company's projects from key investors.
