As construction projects in the Middle East region get more and more complex, developers and contractors have constantly been looking at more ways to reduce their risk exposure. To that end, Nakheel, the world's largest privately-held property developer, will be presenting an interactive session at the forthcoming 2nd Annual Construction Risk Management Summit on 24-26 June 2007 in Dubai.

Following the inaugural event last year, this year's Summit is set to be bigger and better with contributions from major developers, contractors and sub contractors. The aim of the event is to break through some of the key risk and contractual issues faced by the regional construction industry and come out with some key solutions.

Nakheel's session will focus on how to manage risk on complex multi-party mega projects. Delegates will be able to work on identifying risks, rating them and allocating them to reduce the overall commercial risks for main and sub-contractors.
