Balve High Tech Safes are more than a safe place to keep valuables, they are a real piece of art that are not to be hidden away. Named as the most exclusive safes in the world, Balve High Tech Safes come in a range of different shapes, configurations, colours and materials. Some of them designed and decorated by world famous artists.

Made in Germany, the Balve safes are not made to be hidden. Balve offers two styles of safes, the most popular being the classic High Tech Safe line. The nine standard safes range in height from 60 centimetres to 1.85 metres, although they can also be produced in special sizes, right up to room vaults which can be as small as 4 or as large as 600 square metres. One of the unique selling points of Balve's premium safes is the lightweight, fireproof material and vulcanized ceramic armouring they are made with.

"One of the advantages of the lighter Balve safe over the traditional two tonne models is that you can keep them anywhere in your house as there is no problem with the floor or ceilings below," explains Sabine Balve, CEO of Balve High Tech Safes. "So they do not necessarily have to be kept in the basement. They can be bolted to the floor and since the weigh also is 400 to 600kg they cannot be carried away.

"What you get is 100% German High Technology security, but with only 50% of the weight." Often referred to as the Rolls Royce of safes, a Balve safe is designed with people who value beauty and luxury. "It is not a safe you have to hide. In fact, it is quite the opposite. They are intended to be seen and admired. People have Balve safes in their living rooms, dressing rooms and offices", she says.

The safes come in any exterior colour or lacquer of your choice, from black to redwood, fuchsia to marble and everything you could possibly imagine in between. And the interiors do not disappoint either. "We use all the finest materials for the safe's interior," she says, mentioning high quality Nabuka Leather, the finest calf and lamb leather, ostrich or crocodile skin, 'in any colour'. She is also in the process of creating new type of interiors, especially for the Arab market.

Sabine Balve has established an international sales and marketing office in Dubai to promote and sell her exclusive products in the Middle East region and beyond.
