A new dedicated information service aimed at real estate professionals and focused on emerging markets is to be launched next month at Cityscape Dubai, the world’s largest business-to-business property investment and development event.

The new site builds on Cityscape’s extensive experience in emerging markets across the Middle East, China, India, and Asia and aims to provide a comprehensive information tool with which real estate professionals can gain an insight into these rapidly changing markets.

Rohan Marwaha, Group Director for Cityscape said: “Often, due to a lack of transparency, it can be difficult to obtain accurate facts and analysis about the real estate industry in certain emerging markets. The new Cityscape Market Intelligence Service aims to put that right by providing reliable and thorough information through an extensive network of sources.”

The site will contain an up to the minute news feed from over 2,500 global publications as well as in depth comment and analysis from a range of contributors worldwide. Key industry figures will provide their view on changes in the market and real estate overviews will provide an outline of the trends, projects and major factors driving the industry. Latest research will be available from leading international consultants and real estate associations.

Other highlights of the site include a searchable company database enabling users to find appropriate business partners. Marwaha said: “This will be an invaluable resource helping to bring contacts together with an easy-to-use ‘find a company’ section searchable by either country or industry.”

The service will be promoted at a dedicated stand at Cityscape Dubai - which takes place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from 16-18 October - as well as access points in the CNN lounge and VIP area.

Two Blackberry mobile devices will be given away every day during Cityscape to the visitors who register for a free trial at the event. Names will be put into a draw and the winners announced at the end of each day.

The free trials will be for two days and those who register can also sign up for a free weekly e-newsletter - a comprehensive round up of the key events affecting real estate within emerging markets.
