Big mobile crushers from Equipment Supply Services arrive in the Middle East

With demand for aggregates reaching an all time record high within the Gulf Region and more emphasis being placed on recycling waste materials generated by construction activities the time is right for a revolution in size reduction technology to be launched into the region.
Equipment Supply Services launches the Western Retek range of high capacity modular crushers at the Big 5 show. The crushers represent the very latest technology in efficient aggregate size reduction and recycling with the added bonus of products that have a unique modular construction with common chassis, engines and tracked undercarriages.
The range of crushers offers a suitable size and specification for the majority of applications with a capacity range from 200 tonnes per hour up to 600 tonnes per hour. With three types of crushers available namely Jaw, Impactor and Cone that can all be specified in the role of primary or secondary crusher and can work efficiently in both virgin rock and recycling applications.
The unique and compact design of the modular chassis on the entire range of crushers allows the largest capacity machines to be effectively transported with minimal setup time and transportation by standard vehicles facilitating rapid utilisation of machines on new sites.
Sean Reilly from equipment supply services stated that if you use the UAE as an examples of the current situation in the gulf region with over 10.5 million tonnes of waste being generated by construction of which 70% is estimated to be concrete the need for high capacity efficient and effective mobile crushers has now arrived in the UAE. The utilisation of high capacity mobile crushing plants by contracting organisations will create substantial cost savings and increase profitability significantly.
The Western Retek crushers will significantly reduce the cost per tonne of producing and recycling aggregates in large volumes and will significantly improve the green credentials of the regions major contracting organisations.
Sean Reilly stated that we are already receiving significant levels of interest and will finalise contacts to supply the first few machines to key clients in the next few days. A number of the clients we are supplying machines to have very specific operational requirements which can be easily satisfied due to the modular design and specification of these machines.
The future for these Austrian built crushers in the gulf is looking very promising and with new ranges of screeners and size classification machinery available in 2008 Western Retek is a name and product that will be very familiar in the very near future.
