Delegates from around the world descend onto Dubai for BAGNODESIGN’s 1st International Dealer Summit
BAGNODESIGN, the home of creative bathroom solutions, hosted their very first International Dealer Summit in Dubai on June 9th, 10th and 11th. 26 delegates from 17 different companies attended the event, sharing experiences and knowledge in running profitable businesses in different countries while discussing exciting trends in Brand and Product Development.
Day one involved a number of presentations from BAGNODESIGN Directors and Managers on the key topics influencing the business today. This was followed by a “speed dating” session, allowing the dealers to learn more about some of the company’s most successful ranges. The day ended on a high with the exclusive launch of Metreaux, BAGNODESIGN’s newest comprehensive and contemporary bathroom collection – coming to a showroom near you very soon!
Day two of the Summit took place in Jebel Ali with a guided tour of BAGNODESIGN’s 8,300m2 Logistics Centre including an insight into how the company’s Quality Control and Manufacturing departments are run. Next came a selection of outstanding customer presentations from BAGNODESIGN Glasgow, Hong Kong and New Zealand. The presenters shared their unique secrets to success based on industry knowledge and experience. The session which followed involved Product Development, where delegates were asked to give their feedback on different prototypes. This was an extremely valuable exercise and enjoyed by all.
On the final day of the Summit the dealers took part in a business planning session consisting of interactive workshops and presentations. This proved to be a particularly worthwhile activity with them gaining some key skills and expertise to help them take their BAGNODESIGN business to the next level.

Not only does it mean we can discuss and share information in an entirely new way, but also, our dealers have the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the culture of the company and the importance of team work. The 3-day event took place in BAGNODESIGN’s new Training Academy located next to their flagship showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. The BAGNODESIGN Academy provides industry and product specific hands-on training and workshops for customers, staff and contractors on both the technical and selling aspects of products across all categories.
