FLIR Systems has just released new training dates for building professionals to learn more about the secrets of thermal imaging in general and about the operation of their thermal imaging camera more specifically.
Via the associated Infrared Training Center, building professionals can get high-quality interactive thermography training from the most qualified international thermography instructors.
Training: Introduction to thermography
General course for learner and orientation in using or selecting the IR camera.
This course provides a general introduction to IR thermography and an overview of its specific use for the building market. It will talk about specific camera functions that are useful for building professionals,followed by in-depth analyses of typical building thermograms.

How to use your camera the best way when inspecting the various heating and ventilation systems, about their typical faults and how thermography can help you locate and analyze these faults.

Training: Solar panel inspection
This course day offers an introduction to IR thermography and its specific use for inspections of photovoltaic solar systems. The day starts with the basics of photovoltaic solar systems and solar panel installations. You will learn about IR metrological particularities that are critical for solar panel inspections with a thermal camera, how to interpret the displayed thermal images and in which way they can be associated with typical problems.
