Composition:

• 2 square section vertical supports (mm 80x80, height mm 624) realized in EN-GJL-200 cast iron accordingto UNI EN 1561 standard with a square section base (mm 180x180, thickness mm 10);
• rack realized in steel plate (mm 40x3), supported by a steel bar with squared section (mm 40x40). The rack is available with three, four or five elements in single or double version. Lenght: 2200 mm, 2800 mm and 3400 mm.

the cast iron components undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers; the steel components undergo a treatment of galvanization, are powder coated and kiln enamelledin cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron).

Fixing:

by anchorage for mm 150 into the foundation plinth.
