Since the establishment in 1910 the Hesse-Lignal group have produced lacquers and stains for interiors. Our customers are industrial manufacturers as well as companies of carpentry trade.

Through our quality we are the market leader in Germany and one of three biggest manufacturers of lacquers and stains in Europe.

Our products are manufactured on the basis of the latest recipes and combine standardised quality with easy and safe processing. Our state of the art manufacturing plants enable us to produce more than 100 tons of lacquers and stains based on approx. 40,000 recipes every day.

In the meanwhile we employ approx. 450 employees and have a badly extensive product range of solvent free as well as aqueous / environmentally minded systems. Last but not least, we provide as well our Proterra qualities, which are produced solely from naturally renewable resources.
