InSinkErator, the world’s leading manufacturer of kitchen sink appliances, has launched a new line of Steaming Hot Water Taps to put near-boiling water within reach instantly to save time in food and beverage preparation.
The new Steaming Hot Water Taps feature the latest in kitchen industry design trends, with sleek lines and the most popular finishes for the contemporary kitchen.
The new series of Steaming Hot Water Taps is available in two models – a filtered hot water only design called the H3300 and a filtered hot and cold water design called the HC3300.
Additionally, this new design features a single lever push-lever locking mechanism that requires the user to push down and then forward for hot water on the H3300 model, or push down and then forward for hot water or push down and then pull toward you for cold water on the HC3300 model.
InSinkErator’s Steaming Hot Water Taps save time and make life easier – whether you’re making tea or coffee, cleaning stubborn food remains from dishes, preparing pasta or warming baby’s bottle.

InSinkErator’s Steaming Hot Water Tap has many uses:
Food – Cook rice and pasta al dente, blanch vegetables, melt chocolate, thaw frozen foods, serve hot cereals, make delicious sauces, rehydrate dried foods, easily peel fruits and vegetables, warm an ice cream scoop, and prepare pastries and breads.
Drink – Serve the perfect cup of tea, prepare gourmet coffee.
Cleaning – Loosen baked-on food, remove stubborn lids and labels, clean wax from candle holders, rinse residue from vases, clean out recycling containers and bring sparkle back to silverware.
Care – Prepare baby bottles and foods, make a hot compress, use steam to help sinus congestion, clean without harsh chemicals and pamper tired feet.
InSinkErator hot water dispensers can produce up to 100 cups of near-boiling water in one hour, using less energy than a 40-watt light bulb. Because you only heat as much water as you need, it is both energy efficient and economical to use, saving money and time and contributing to an environmentally responsible lifestyle with every use.
The Steaming Hot Water Tap is mounted on either the kitchen sink or work surface and draws water from a home or business supply line into InSinkErator’s specially designed filtration system. This filtration system reduces chlorine, lead, turbidity and other unpleasant tastes and odours to vastly improve the flavour of any drinks and foods you prepare.
From there the water travels to a 2.5-liter stainless steel tank that fits discreetly under the sink, where it is heated to 98 degrees centigrade and stored until it is used. As the water is used, more water replaces it in the tank, ensuring that you will always have hot water instantly at your fingertips.
With no gas flames or hot surfaces to cause burns and nothing requiring to be plugged in above the work surface, Steaming Hot Water Taps are also the safest way to heat water. The dispenser’s ‘Snap Shut’ valve stops the flow of hot water as soon as you release the lever. Both models are available in a variety of color finishes and come with a two-year warranty.
