Maritime Industrial Services Arabia Co. Ltd. (MIS Arabia) is a joint venture company between Al-Yusr Townsend & Bottum Co. Ltd.- KSA (AYTB), and Maritime Industrial Services Co. Ltd. Inc.- UAE (now Lamprell). AYTB owns 70% and Lamprell owns 30% of the venture. MIS Arabia has established itself in a relatively short span of time as a fabricator of choice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Its main facility in Jubail spreads across a land area of 88,000 m2 with a covered fabrication shop area of 10,000 m2. A newer workshop operates in close vicinity of the main facility and spreads across 21,000 m2 with a covered shop area of 6,000 m2. MIS Arabia also possesses a facility at Jubail Industrial Port, spreading over 30,000 m2 and dedicated to the manufacturing of large components, allowing ease of shipment from the port.

The core scope of work covers pressure vessels, columns, reactors, slug catchers, fired crude heaters, scraper traps, heat exchangers, process skids & modules, shop fabricated tanks, operations, maintenance and other technical services, with expertise covering a wide range of metallurgies. MIS Arabia conforms to the quality system standard of ISO 9001:2008 and is certified and periodically audited by Bureau Veritas Quality International. The American Society of Mechanical Engineers has certified MIS-Arabia for the use of their “U”, ”U2”, ”PP” and “S” code stamps and the National Board has certified us for the use of their “NB” and “R” stamps. MIS Arabia is currently an approved supplier for companies like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SATORP (Saudi Aramco – Total JV), Ma’aden, Sadara Chemical Company (Saudi Aramco-Dow JV), private petrochemical companies such as TASNEE, SIPCHEM, SAHARA, S-Chem etc. as well as major international contractors like Samsung Engineering, Technip, JGC, Tecnicas Reunidas, and Snamprogetti.
