Building on the undoubted achievement in the water and wastewater business, Metito Holdings Ltd established Metito Utilities Ltd in 2007 as the investment arm of Metito, giving it the responsibility to oversee the company’s investment into water and wastewater assets. Metito Utilities was incorporated in Guernsey, as a wholly owned subsidiary, to undertake the utility business for the Metito group.
