RAK Ceramics introduces environment-friendly bathware products that save 33 per cent more water than previous models.

RAK Ceramics, the world's largest ceramic tiles & bathware manufacturing company, has announced that it will be introducing a much wider range of environment-friendly bathware products, seeking to satisfy a corresponding surge in global demand for green-certified building materials. RAK Ceramics further revealed that it is working with world-renowned European and British designers to develop new designs and effects that satisfy the aesthetic and quality requirements of the company’s international clientele.

In line with its ongoing thrust to optimise the environmental benefits of its products, RAK Ceramics has completely converted all water closets from previous nine-litre flushing capacity to six-litre full flush and three-litre half flush, translating into water savings of as much as 33 per cent compared to the older models. The company, which is now in the process of introducing a new product line for a 4 litre full flush and 2.5-litre half-flush, also plans to achieve further reduction in water consumption through its closets.
