Green Precast Systems & Technologies will be exhibiting at ARABIAN CONSTRUCTION WEEK – The Middle East’s International Exhibition for Sustainable and Innovative Construction, Abu Dhabi (May 24 - 26 2010). ARABIAN CONSTRUCTION WEEK is the new international trade exhibition for the building and construction industry – promising to deliver everything you need to build better, cheaper and greener.

Providing robust, innovative and sustainable concrete structures that are accurate and with a class 1 finish (no need for render or plaster).
Our system of superstructure construction dramatically reduces overall construction time (up to 80% faster than traditional methods) and costs (up to 50% cheaper than traditional methods), whilst providing superior acoustic, thermal and fire rating properties within one process.
The Green Precast system is also up to 90% waste free, which ensures we are kinder to our environment and due to being monolithic, is up to 50% stronger than traditional construction methods.Underpinning the construction method are the unique smart and computerised self adjusting moulds employed to produce each module. Each mould is an intricate piece of machinery, manufactured to Green Precast’s patented design and specifications and is fully customizable, aside from its fixed internal dimensions. This means every time a new unit is made, the mould can be customized to meet the architectural requirements specified. Furthermore, doors and window frames, all MEP and other is casted into the module while pouring.
Each mould is fully computerized with self adjusting program, automated and hydraulically driven with fine tolerances (+/- 2mm - 5mm) to allow accurate, repetitious casting on a daily basis. Durable concrete, reinforced with steel, super-plasticised, minimum of 40MPa, with a low shrinkage rate is poured into a pre-made three dimensional mould and when set, forms the block containing the main components of a structure – the walls and ceiling or walls and floor.
These monolithic 3D modules can then be simply arranged and stacked as rooms to produce a self supporting building structure, up to 10 storey’s high. The Green Precast System is ideal for repetitious building projects, such as apartments; high end, as well as medium to low end villas, motels/hotels, labour camps, housing units, age-care villas, student accommodation, site offices, industrial buildings and schools, Government and military projects, oil, mining companies etc - all built to the highest environmental specifications.
