This is the Plant Hire and Transport Division of the Al Wasit Group. It was noticed that there was a huge demand from construction industry for construction machinery on weekly/monthly rental basis. The requirement was both short and long term. Most companies who needed this service did not have the infrastructure to support heavy machines of this nature, which required constant quality maintenance. The field space required storing this machinery and the manpower to govern them is also huge. Keeping this is mind, and to utilize the excellent infrastructure at its disposal, Al Wasit Equipment was established to handle hiring of a variety of machines ranging from power generators to bull dozers.

This particular division of the company is absolutely self sufficient with a sophisticated workshop enabling activities like site operations, manpower handling, site and other major maintenance. The machines available on rent include power generators, air compressors, Belle skid steer loaders, vibratory rollers, shovels (of all kinds and makes), excavators with rock breakers, bull dozers, cranes, trailers with prime movers, dump trucks, motor graders etc.
