In the past 15 years since NORR Group Consultants International Limited first opened its doors in the United Arab Emirates, the country has emerged as the most dynamic economy in the region. Indeed, the unprecedented investment and growth in the Emirates is unparalleled and has put the cities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi clearly in the international mainstream. Over this time, NORR has been responsible for the design of some of the major landmarks in the Emirates.

In Abu Dhabi, our projects include the Grand Hotel, ADCO Headquarters and the Central Bank. In Dubai, our projects include the National Bank of Dubai, Emirates Towers, Atlantis – The Palm and the Shangri-La Hotel. More recently, we are proud to be involved in the construction of the Burj Dubai, slated to be the tallest building in the world at completion in 2008. Over the past five years, our practice has expanded to include significant projects in the region, such as a regional shopping mall in Kuwait, a residential and office development in Qatar, and a landmark headquarters building in Amman, Jordan.
