Danial Husain, Vice-President of Schön Properties stated, "We have been listening to the needs of the market for a long time. Schön Business Park is launched as a response to our customers' requirements and reiterates our vision of providing solutions. Hence, we chose Dubai Investments Park as the location for the project due to its unparalleled demand and its proximity to Dubai World Central and the Jebel Ali Free Zone. In addition to other unique features, the business park is also fitted with three skylights since natural light is one of the core elements in all our development guidelines."
