“We will have a strong presence at Big 5 this year, as we aim to really promote our products that are famous for their incorporation of sophisticated technology paired with great aesthetic beauty. We have also increased our range in the Stone Art series, and we have commenced the commercial production with great success in the new NanoPix Range, and CretaPrint technology, all of which are on display at BIG 5. Our main focus now is leveraging our position to tap into further demand from the GCC-MENA regional projects, new distribution channels, and existing customers and distributors who would like to see our new range,” said Dr. Khater Massaad, CEO, RAK Ceramics.

“We took the bold decision to augment our capacity at our UAE plants during 2009 by more than 20,000 square metres per day, reflecting an increase of ten per cent, with the confidence that we can do well despite the global downturn. It was our policy to continue with our product innovations as usual over the last 12 months, and as such we can now offer new sizes and models,” he added.
KLUDI RAK, a joint venture between RAK Ceramics and the Kludi Group of Germany to produce top-of-the-line bathroom and kitchen fittings, will also display the Profile and Passion series, as well as two new ranges of products during the event.

RAK Ceramics is a USD 800 million global conglomerate in the ceramic industry that exports its products to over 135 countries, targeting architects, project developers and retail customers. RAK Ceramics will be exhibiting at Stand A181, Sheikh Rashid Hall, Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, during the Big 5.
