Expedient Resources Sdn Bhd (ER), a subsidiary of a public listed company, IJM Corporation Berhad, is involved in the production and sales of rubber underlay. About 95% of the company's products are exported. ER's rubber underlay, which are mainly used as support for carpets and sound absorption sheet for wood floors. ER's underlay is resilient, firm yet soft. These properties provide foot comfort, prolonging life of carpet and provide heat and sound insulation. It provides moisture barrier and absorbs sound efficiently giving low reflective noise when installed under laminate/wood floor. It is also manufactured under stringent quality assurance system of ISO 9001:2000.
