Europe's best all set to showcase their latest at The Office Exhibition 2008.

The 2008 edition of The Office Exhibition, the region’s premier office furniture, interiors and design event, is back with a bang and promises to be bigger and better than ever before. A collection of the finest office furniture and interior design houses from across the globe, from Europe to the Middle East, will compete for the spotlight from 4th – 6th February at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.

This year, a significant number of the participants will be from Europe, particularly from Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom. “All the three countries have a fine tradition of furniture and interior design, and their presence will add a new dimension to this popular exhibition” said Exhibition Director Paula Al Chami. “Their presence further demonstrates that the status of the exhibition has reached international standards, and continues to grow with each passing year” she added.

Spain will have a significant representation at Office Exhibition 2008. Among those present are Arte Mobilia, who have been manufacturing classic office furniture from Valencia for over 25 years, the futuristic Coinma, which is developing new office furniture that fits the most modern trends in design and operational demands, and Novoforma, a 30 year old firm that has evolved to invest significantly in advanced production technology to stay ahead of the times in Europe and beyond.

The German presence at the exhibition includes Interstuhl, which has become synonymous with innovative office seating solutions, multifunctional products and striking combinations, has continued to develop groundbreaking furniture solutions that that have adapted to changing business environments for more than four decades. Also from Germany is Wilkhahn, which is among the top companies in the global office furniture industry and has consistently brought together design, innovation and quality, combined with a marked awareness of responsibility.

The UK is also healthily represented, including the giant Bisley, which has been present in the Gulf region for more than 15 years and has built a firm reputation for both quality and design of standard storage products. Also present will be UK’s Silverline, which made its debut just last year and has taken the British market by storm, enlightening and impressing its audience with its unique offerings.

Amongst the exhibits that Boss Design, the leading UK based seating company, will reveal at the show, are Delphi, a classic boardroom chair, and Choo, a stylish and eye-catching upholstery piece. Orangebox, the revolutionary office design company that has reinvented the philosophy of office design with products that are never over elaborate or indulgent in their design or manufacturing, rounds off the British presence at the event.

With the best of Europe set to vie for attention alongside the biggest names in the region and beyond, Office Exhibition 2008 promises to be one trade event that those associated with the office furniture, interiors and design industry can afford to miss.
