The wool and cotton trade, carried out by the Amini family for generations, has paved the way for a fascinating trip that has led to the conquest of a much pursued goal: to be leader in the oriental-carpet sector. In 1962 in Kabul, Afghanistan, Sultan Amini, enthusiast of the manufacture of his country and expert of carpets, sets up ABC, a company for the export of carpets to Europe. The growing success of the company soon brings about a new fundamental stage: the transfer of the family to Europe where, after a short period of time, it becomes the leading exporter of oriental carpets and ABC the reference point of the international market.
