Golale Sabz was established in 1992 with the aim of urban greenery design, cultivation and maintenance in the form of a private joint stock company, with the registration No 4313. The company’s early greenery maintenance contracts were signed with Tehran Municipality. Meanwhile, some other contracts were signed with a number of private clients for cultivation and maintenance of domestic greenery of houses and villas.

As the volume of contracts increased, the company improved the quality and quantity of its executive team and equipment and extended the scope of its activities. In so doing, in addition to public and private domestic greenery cultivation and maintenance, it also included cultivation and maintenance of greenery for some governmental entities.
