Al Mustafawi Trading & Engineering Company W.L.L. (MTEC) is a well-established civil engineering construction company which has been operating for more than 27-years in the STATE OF QATAR; carrying out a wide range of civil works such as construction of villa’s, drainage works, and laying of cables for QTEL.

In October 1992, the company ventured into the field of LAND SURVEYING ; becoming the first “nationally-owned” private land survey company in the STATE OF QATAR. Consequently a new division of MTECwas created and MTC SURVEYS became acknowledged and approved by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Agriculture (M.M.A.A.), as a Registered Cadastral Survey Company on 14th February 1993 - commencing with a staff of two.
