Basaltina is an igneous, gray coloured lavic stone known and used since Roman times. The structure of Basaltina is dense and uniform and due to its physical-mechanical characteristic is frost-proof and able to withstand compressive stress and wear. Mainly used for facing, paving, stairs and windowsills Basaltina is supplied in squared blocks, rough slabs, semi-finished and finished products of various sizes. Surfaces can be rough, brushed, honed or polished. Special supplies are also possible, either with regards to dimensions, shape or finish of the products.
