As early as 1963 Agostino Berardicurti started his own business in Tarquinia, within Viterbo's provincial district. Over the years his business underwent deep organisational and structural changes so as to evolve into Centro Marmi copartnership in 1987.

Over the last twenty-four years its yearly turnover and production facilities have constantly improved, especially ever since its 1980's processing plant move to the brand new crafts' site from Tarquinia's town centre.

From an operational point of view, Centro Marmi's new location brought about a qualitative improvement meeting its most exacting private customers' and public authorities' requirements.
