The Industry at Terno d’Isola, that began production in 1991, is equipped with sophisticated and robotized plants that guarantee a complete internal production cycle. Principally, it is metal alloys such as brass and chromall that are utilized. These, through a process of pressure die casting or forging, are moulded into the forms most in demand on the market. The entirely computerised galvanic bath plant ensures the most avant-garde and refined finishings and guarantees their duration at the same time. An achievement also secured by the use of epoxy powder varnishing, a finishing treatment to which all the pieces are subjected. The main benefit afforded by the latter treatment is that of keeping the characteristics of the article itself unaltered while reducing the maintenance requirements of the same to a minimum.
