Dubai WoodShow, which has carved a niche for itself as the region’s only dedicated business-to-business meeting place for the wood and woodworking machinery industry, is all set to take off on March 15 for three days, presenting an impressive line-up of exhibitors, brands and products, besides highlighting new concepts, technologies and innovations in the field.

Providing a perfect platform for suppliers, manufacturers, machinery and tool companies to showcase their products, innovative technologies, production scenarios and large-scale machinery, Dubai WoodShow will provide access to both local and international players from the industry under one roof.

The high profile show this year will witness participation from over 35 countries including Australia, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Poland, Romania, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Unites States of America, Vietnam and more.

The show will witness over 400 exhibitors and provide the perfect opportunity for the regional and international companies to showcase and learn about wood and woodworking and to build new strategic relationships with buyers, traders and investors.

The massive construction projects executed as part of the build-up for the Expo 2020 Dubai has perceptibly come as a boon for the wood and woodworking machinery industry. The construction sector is a major driver of wood business as it is an important component for many products used in residential projects.

The organisers of the show have announced the first edition of The Innovation & Excellence Awards in this year's edition being held at Dubai World Trade Centre in an attempt to recognize achievements through leadership, thereby raising the bar of excellence. The Dubai WoodShow has been supporting the growth of the wood and woodworking industry since 2005.

As per Industry estimates, the UAE Construction Market expected to reach $133.53 billion by 2026.
