Power management company Eaton highlighted the true value of its emergency and safety lighting portfolio during Itersec 2015, which took place from 18-20 January at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The company, with its HQ and manufacturing facility based in Dubai, will be demonstrating the importance of its products and the ways in which they provide safe, reliable power solutions for fire and lighting across a range of industry applications, including commercial construction, oil and gas and transport.
“Intersec provides us with an excellent platform to highlight the ways in which Eaton provides internationally-approved products that are applied with local knowledge across a variety of sectors,” commented Ashique Panakkat, sales leader, Electrical Sector, Eaton Middle East.
On stand, Eaton displayed a range of fire systems and fire pump controllers, including visual alarm systems, intelligent sensors, callpoints, wall sounders and state-of-the-art networking installations. In addition, there was a range of emergency lighting displays, with energy efficient LED solutions for both emergency and general building lighting. Local experts spent significant time discussing specific applications and bespoke solutions that are regularly designed for customers across the Middle East.
“Safety and sustainability are core components of every structure and we have been providing reliable, secure solutions to the region for over 40 years. It is important to continue to raise awareness of foundational elements and platform like INTERSEC provide an excellent opportunity for this to be showcased and dialogue to take place to keep the industry moving forward,” said Panakkat.
