ECC Secures Second Contract from Nshama for UNA Apartments

Re-affirming its position as a leading and diverse contracting company in the region, Engineering Contracting Company LLC (ECC) has been re-appointed to lead on the AED 310,573,000 contract for the design and construction of the UNA apartments in Town Square Dubai by Nshama.

According to a recent report from the Dubai Land Department (DLD), there is a clear shift in the market with developers focusing on new opportunities and finding niches in the market - such as co-working and co-living spaces – a prime example of which is the UNA Apartments project. UNA Apartments are for the fast-paced entrepreneurs and creative minds seeking a collaborative, sustainable, and urban hub providing a holistic living environment.

Spanning over 90,350m2, UNA Apartments will require design and construction of two G+2P+9 storey buildings and is a mixed-use development with numerous retail areas on the ground floor. For a duration of 25 months, ECC will provide its dynamic engineering solutions to oversee and lead on the project’s design and construction.

UNA Apartments is a lifestyle residential community that will feature numerous retail areas, 192 studios, and 764 one-bedroom apartments. The main consultant on the project is Al Wasl Al Jadeed Consultants.
