Specializing in Total Community Solutions for real estate assets including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments their services are designed and delivered to achieve the objectives of all stakeholders; maximize yields and ROI for landlords, developers and owners, continuity and sustainability for tenants and residents and satisfaction for all stakeholders.

Having an experience in offering end-to-end building and infrastructure facilities management services to more than 83 million square feet of development in the UAE, it will be great to hear Ejadah speak at the summit and add value to the building maintenance industry.

One of the sponsors for the event, Facilio, is the world’s first unified facilities and sustainability management and facilities optimisation software that harnesses IoT and AI to leverage existing automation data and provide a superior facilities experience. Talking about the importance of platforms such as the Building Automation and Maintenance Summit to foster dialogue around the digitization of building maintenance, Prabhu Ramachandran, Founder and CEO, Facilio, added, “Digital retrofits have become key as they are far more cost-effective than full-fledged physical retrofits, with faster and consistent returns, without uprooting existing conditions. With the IT/OT convergence in the built environment, clubbing BAS with FM tech develops an ecosystem that helps facility and building services move from being cost-centres to becoming value-creators”.

Sharing more insights on industry trends, Prabhu will also be speaking at the event on “IoT-driven Digital Retrofit for Portfolio-wide Operational Efficiency & Sustainability”. Attendees can also benefit from Facilio product demos ranging from real-time building data capture, & AI-driven fault detection and diagnostics, to automated workflow management, and predictive & preventive maintenance.
