“The Smart Watch provides and translates raw data into useful business information for facilities managers and human resources by proactively monitoring and transmitting data. For example, it provides information on time attendance through its link to payroll,” said Julian Khalil, Director of Soft Services at Farnek.

“This has resulted in reducing data entry by 70%, saving time for scheduling and planning by 200%, reducing health and safety response times to under 3 mins and reducing incident reporting time from 60 to 10 mins, reducing admin efforts by 80%,” added Khalil.

Providing hands-on real-time critical information supports ground administration so the real focus is maintained on effective service delivery, playing a significant role in streamlining facilities management services and consequently reducing costs.
