Composition:

• 2 vertical, cylindrical supports in EN-GJS-500-7 cast iron to UNI EN 1563 standard (height above mm 440 ground, diameter mm 70, rounded top
  diameter 90, base diameter mm 130);
• rack in galvanized steel Fe 360B with a square profile of mm 40x30 and bars of mm 30x3, extension mm 330, placed in couples at a distance of mm 470 anchored to the vertical supports by four hinged fittings with four stainless steel, hidden “grub” bolts. The rack is available with three, four or five elements in single or double version. Lenght: 1560 mm, 2150 mm and 2740 mm.

the cast iron components undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers; the steel components undergo a treatment of galvanization, are powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min.thickness 200 micron).

by anchorage for mm 170 into the foundation plinth.
