Grundfos Creates Awareness on Sustainable Living Through Mall Roadshow
World leading water and climate company, Grundfos, is underlining its commitment to sustainability through a consumer roadshow which will help Dubai residents make more informed decisions and protect the Middle East’s precious water and energy supplies.
The ‘Sustainability Starts at Home’ campaign kicked off on Friday 20th November at the Dubai Festival City Mall, and will be followed by a tour of four more locations throughout the months November and December.
The campaign will engage individuals and families, aiming to empower them to live a more sustainable lifestyle, starting with small steps, such as using a glass of water to brush their teeth and running only full loads of laundry.
“Each and every one of us can make a difference, one drop at a time. As Grundfos, it is our duty to create awareness on the world’s water and climate challenges”, said Sikander Ejaz, Area Marketing Lead for Grundfos. “The water and climate change crises in the world are real, and many people are not aware of the challenges that the world is now facing. By shedding light on these issues, we hope to empower society to make more conscious decisions that have a lower environmental impact.”
The sustainability message is being communicated via video content and interactive games that combine fun and education for the participants. A mobile showroom will also showcase demos of state-of-the-art smart home solutions which enable drastic reduction in electricity and water wastage.
The roadshow campaign is part of Grundfos’ global initiative to drive the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 6 & 13, clean water for all and fighting climate change.
