Hassanein Co. was founded at 1960 by Mr. Hassan Hassanein Ahmad Hefni.

He started as a maintenance workshop for diesel engines, generator sets, vertical pupms, and centrifrugal pumps.

Very soon, and with the help of his sons they started to import and install submersible pumps from Italy, as well as diesel generators and agricultural equipments.

During 1978, the company developed from a workshop to become two showrooms, storehouses and large workshop with warehouse and also from 4 persons (father and sons) to 25 person in total.

Between 1994 and 2004, new development achieved to become 17,000 square meters covered area with a total of 110 persons.
