Ivars is founded in 1947 by Giulio Pietro Ebenestelli and by Lorenzo Laffranchi. After second world War they understand that the industrial future live in working materials like the bakelite. Using two press with human traction Ivars begins the stamping of syntetic resins and termo-materials. Form the beginning Ivars is born with a pragmatic policy that manages the business using responsibility and knowledge of own forces but at the same time with the ability to pursue new objects.

In the following decades Ivars decides to specialize itself and create differnent product line from the accessories for furnitures until the termoidraulic and building products. The change of those years needs strong investments necessary in order to face international markets, that are competitive and complex. Ivars faces with courage and skill this challenge and proposes product to the market that they satisfy requirements in terms of functionality, resistance, duration.

In the course of '90 '80 years and'Ivars decides to widen ulteriorly tits offer and to distrib all the products worldwide. In the last Ivars years Ivars has created a series of participation in companies in Ivars's sector: today there are more than the 20 companies in the Ivars's Network called Twins group.The history of Ivars has been always characterized by the constant attention towards excellent results and now Ivars has reach a such competitiveness that it's able to confront itself with every market.
