Mas Paints - Seta

Seta is a special effect, water-based decorative paint that provides a silky polychromatic finish that enhances the beauty of indoor surfaces. True to its Italian definition, which is “silk”, this material gives exactly this silk effect. It is recommended for interior spaces where the feel of smoothness and brightness of pure silk is desired.

This product is available in different base types. There is Seta Satin, Seta Velvet, Seta Velvet Flash, Seta Satin Gold and Seta Satin Flash Gold. For Seta Satin, the material has a very smooth texture with a subtle metallic sheen. For Seta Velvet, the material has a distinctive texture compared to the smoothness of Seta Satin. For Seta Velvet Flash, it has the same texture of Seta Velvet with more dramatic metallic effect. In Seta Satin Gold and Seta Satin Flash Gold, the base is in gold color with the Seta Satin Flash Gold having a more dramatic metallic gold effect. A wide range of colors is available for all the base types of this product.

Mas Seta is available in 4kg and 20kg pail. It could be applied using a stainless steel trowel, plastic spatula or a spray gun. When applied with a spray gun, it needs to be diluted with 10% water before spraying. Otherwise, it could be applied directly on the surface. After applying two coats of primer, two coats of Seta is recommended to get the desired finish. This product has a coverage of 10 square meters per kg.

Seta is UV resistant, prevents mildew and fungi growth and respects the EU legislation in terms of VOC limits.
