Oceanic's warehousing facilities stock the above mentioned materials, and market them to their clients in UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain currently. During the distribution process they ship the above products to the clients, via their own transportation, 3rd party, or customer collect directly from the warehouse. As of 3rd quarter 2007, Oceanic decided to sources, stock and distribute sustainable building materials for the growing UAE need for sustainable building materials, as the local developers, and authorities engaged green building practices based on US, European and Australian green building rating systems.
