Body
The body is manufactured from high-pressure die-cast (EN 1706 AC-44300) aluminium.
It is fitted with four stainless steel Grade 304 latches with hinge facility.
The aluminium frame (EN 1706 AC-44300) retains the protector with hinge and wireguard fixing mechanism.
The body incorporates two aluminium (EN 1706 AC-44300) mounting lugs and one M20 threaded gland entry.
A silicone closed cell gasket is situated in the location channel of the body.
Internal fixing screws and brackets are corrosion-resistant electro-plated.
All external screws are made of stainless steel.
Protector
The protector is fitted into an aluminium frame to facilitate the stainless steel latches and hinging of the protector when opened.
Borosilicate clear glass (Boro 3,3), high-impact acrylic or polycarbonate protector versions are available.
Reflector System
The single-piece, high-performance bright aluminium faceted reflector is suitable for clear tubular lamps.
Electrical Components
All control gear is suited to 230V +3%/-10% 50Hz single phase supply, and power factor corrected to 0,9.
All internal wiring is Teflon® coated.
