Polyrey Compact Laminate

Polyrey Compact Solid Grade Laminate is composed of several layers of kraft paper, two decorative faces, and impregnated with thermosetting resins. This product is particularly suited for high humidity environments due to its inherent water resistance. Its excellent impact resistance makes it ideal for heavy duty applications. Due to its intrinsic antibacterial Sanitized® qualities, it can also be used in restaurants, healthcare facilities, nurseries and all areas where hygienic requirements are high.

Polyrey Compact Solid Grade Laminate can be used for vertical applications (e.g. cubicles) as well as horizontal applications (e.g. desks).

The Reysipur® Compact Collection is available in more than 260 decors including solid colors, wood, stone, and patterns. Available in different thicknesses ranging from 4 to 12.5 mm the product can be used in a broader range of applications. Using an example of lockers and furniture, 4 – 6 – 8 mm are used for fillings, 10 – 12.5 mm for doors.

Polyrey Compact Solid Grade Laminate is also available as a personalized solution – Polyrey Signature. The composition of the Signature product is the same as the Polyrey Compact Solid Grade Laminate. The usual decorative sheet is replaced with the customer’s personalized design which is printed on white paper. Reysipur® comes with the Sanitized® antibacterial grade finish.

Especially designed for refined projects in furniture making and elegant interiors, Polyrey Monochrom Vibration Compact is core-coordinated with the decorative surface for a solid effect. With a through-color core in a cold white, warm white or extra black, it allows the creation of clean lines without visible edges. Monochrom Vibration is available in smooth and textured finishes, recreating the feel of natural materials. Its superior scratch and abrasion resistance makes it suitable for intensive high-wear use. It is water-repellent, rot-resistant, available in 4 thicknesses (6, 8, 10 and 12.5 mm), self-supporting (≥8 mm), and machinable. Monochrom Vibration comes with the Sanitized® antibacterial grade finish.
