In 1963, Arabian Establishment for Trade (AET), a diverse trading and shipping company, was formed by H.R.H. Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Al Saud. AET Shipping is now owned by H.R.H. Prince Saud Abdullah Al Faisal Al Saud and his sons and daughters. AET largely took over the activities of Gellatly Hankey & Co. which had been established in Saudi Arabia for many years and were appointed as Lloyds Agents in 1889. AIS has grown rapidly and now employs a broadly qualified range of staff from several countries. The company has established itself as an Industry leader in the Cargo, Hull, Machinery and Industrial Engineering Sector. Lately, in response to requests from many of our insurance industry clients, a separate non-marine loss adjusting division has been formed under the name of Matthews Daniel International.
