THERMATEX Varioline

Knauf AMF presents a new product range, THERMATEX® Varioline. Form and function are united in a unique way, placing architectural ceiling design possibilities in a new light. THERMATEX® Varioline is ideal when the elegance of a metal ceiling or the warm look of a wood ceiling is required combined with needs to address the functional aspects of the ceiling including fire protection, acoustics or humidity resistance. The Varioline range includes the following options:

Varioline Metal
THERMATEX® Varioline metal achieves a ‘metal-look’ appearance through the use of a high quality acoustic fleece on which perforation patterns of metal ceilings are digitally printed in high contrast with black ink. This essentially maintains the acoustic performance of the mineral tile. Different perforation patterns in combination with different edge configurations provide the architect or designer a large scope for contemporary ceiling design.

Varioline Wood
If the design requires the warm intimate feel of a wood ceiling, but with the highest fire protection and acoustic requirements, THERMATEX® Varioline mineral ceiling in ‘wood-look’ is the solution. The mineral ceiling tiles achieve a wood-look appearance with a high quality fleece that is printed with the desired wood pattern.

In addition to the metal and wood finished mineral tiles available, the ceiling can be individually customised (e.g. with company logos, corporate colours, custom images and patterns and in all 4c-colour printing tones). For building designers this opens up a wide range of possibilities to implement various colours and designs onto acoustic ceilings not previously possible.
