Launching BIManalytics Pro for market analysis and pre-sales intelligence

BIManalytics™ Pro is a cloud based information resource for organisations which supply products to the interior and building industries. Aimed at marketing, sales and technical support functions, BIManalytics™ Pro provides an extensive knowledge base for market analysis, campaign planning and sales engagement. Based on a SaaS concept (Software as a Service) this new version offers a multi-user environment and is sold as a yearly subscription per user.

Among the extensive benefits for manufacturers is complete control over communication (BIMail) with users, including architects, engineers and specifiers. Users can be informed of any product variations including specification changes, and their likely impact, through to products being withdrawn with suggestions for alternative, comparable products.

With all marketing functions becoming digital savvy BIManalytics™ Pro offers a broad scope of information ranging from analysing global trends through to local campaign planning for the generation and follow-up of sales leads. Every product published on the BIMobject® Portal is tracked to record activity by user and this information can be presented in a variety of ways. This makes it easy for marketing to see download hot-spots, identify which marketing campaigns are working best, review performance by country, area or user, and, most importantly, be able to measure the return on investment from their BIM content.

With BIManalytics™ Pro closing the marketing loop by identifying users who respond to campaigns or who Google for objects, sales staff have an identified and contactable pool of sales leads. Sales staff, either in the manufacturer or their distribution channel, can be provided with access to BIManalytics™ Pro so they can retrieve information about individual users or at an aggregated level, by area, country, region, etc. Logon constraints ensure sales staff and management are only able to access the information which is relevant to their responsibility and needs.

For sales lead follow-up sales staff can contact users through BIMail. Like social media applications such as LinkedIn®, this integrated mail system enables a sales person to start a conversation with a user aimed at influencing product choice by providing guidance and information that is tailored to the specific project.

Already accessed extensively by users the BIMobject® Portal has more than 35,000 registered users, as of today. This large base of users provides manufacturers with a unique platform to both advertise and promote their products on the BIMobject® Portal. BIManalytics™ Pro provides manufacturers with a system to investigate activity on the Portal so trends become apparent, marketing efforts are understood and individual users identified. Ultimately the aim is to provide sales staff with the means and information to engage and assess the value of sales opportunities before their use of a CRM system, like SAP or Salesforce. BIManalytics™ Pro also include an app, integrating the system in Salesforce. BIMobject® offers customised solutions upon request.
