Mas Paints - Palmyra

Palmyra is a special effect decorative paint inspired by the ancient ruins of Palmyra. It is water-based and gives a textured effect. It is composed of acrylic polymer, pearl pigments and special additives that brings that sand-like texture property of the product. It creates a finished surface characterized by a unique feel which provides sophistication and elegance in the design.

This material has three types. The PA, PF and PUL, which is available in a wide range of colors. Palmyra basically has texture and made visible by the technique of the painter’s brush stroke. PA has this rough normal texture. PF, which stands for Palmyra Fine, has a finer texture than the PA. Lastly, PUL has a different special additive content compared to the PA and PF, which gives a more rough texture look than the PA. Although the PUL looks rougher visually, it feels smoother than the PA.

Palmyra is available in ½ kg, 1 kg and 5 kg. Application of this product is by brush and stainless steel trowel in a non-uniform manner and rotational movements. Primer should be applied first, then an intermediate coat of MASCRYL and, afterwards 2 coats of Palmyra is suggested. A liter of Palmyra has a coverage of 13 square meters based on a one (1) coat application.

This product is great for interiors, has good adhesion properties, easy to apply and, environment-friendly since it meets the standard for the EU legislation in terms of VOC limits.
