Cabinets

TMI's server cabinets are constructed from steel sheets. Cabinets are specially designed using AutoCAD software, punched and cut by CNC Amada Turret Punch machines, then folded by CNC Press Break machines.

All the parts are then joined together by spot welding. Special knockouts are added to the bottom and top panels of each cabinet, offering effortless cable access. Keyholes are added to the back of our cabinets for easy hanging.

All TMI server cabinets are degreased and phosphate for corrosion prevention, before proceeding to our powder coating line. The doors are fabricated by using the same procedures as the cabinets. Ventilation holes are punched in the doors using variety of special designs.

A special copper coated stud bolts are imbedded in the door to surround the framed glass opening, then the glass is added, followed by rubber trim under the metal strips, to secure the glass in place. We can manufacture and deliver to any specially ordered design. TMI's cabinets are etisalat approved cabinets.
