LECA Lightweight Blocks and Precast Elements (LECA block)

LECA with advantages such as lightweight, fire resistant, sound and thermal isolating is the raw material for many prefabricated components. LECA blocks, prefabricated panels, fume stacks, fireplaces and barbecues are all well-known products.

One of the important advantage of LECA blocks or panels are easily fixing nail or screw on its web like normal concrete but this ability can not be done for other lightweight block like AAC blocks. Also LECA block is stronger than all existing blocks in the market and it is very lighter than normal block but its shape like normal concrete block.

LECA blocks and other precast LECA concrete units can be prepared with different density and strength, according the designer requirement those can produced base of the trial mix design. Precast element can be produced as composite concretes which one of those can be lightweight concrete in order to reduce weight, increase sound and thermal insulation, etc. LECA block can be produced as many size and shape for different usages, un-bearing or bearing walls block, partitions block, solid block, hollow block and Hourdi block.
