Cibes Lift launches its platform lifts as BIM objects

Cibes Lift Group is Europe's leading manufacturer of screw driven platform lifts for public and private environments. The Group develops, manufactures and sells platform lifts with models from small sizes for private homes, to large elevators for loads of 1000 kg and now even cabin lifts. The distributors are located worldwide. The company is experiencing strong growth and has a turnover of over 500 M USD, has approximately 200 employees in six countries, with headquarters in Gavle, Sweden. Cibes Lift manufacturing facilities are located in Sweden.
Simplicity and accessibility is an important part of Cibes Lift´s vision, just as innovation. From today on the company launch their platform lift products as BIM objects, to both save time and simplify the design process of lift solutions in construction projects. BIM, Building Information Model, can be described as further developed CAD drawings into intelligent 3D objects with the ability to be visualized.
Cibes Lifts product models are available from today on as BIM objects, in various configurations and sizes for a wide range of applications. They can easily be imported and used as models. The items are free and available to download from the BIMobject® Portal and from Cibes Lifts own architect site. The BIM objects contain size options, color choices, lift shafts and door types.
