About Resinous Flooring: Self Leveling Epoxy
Resinous Flooring: Self Leveling Epoxy
Typical Uses: Perdüre SLE (self leveling epoxy) & SLE-T (self levelingepoxy trowell grade ) consists of 100% solids epoxy and selectivelygraded aggregates to produce a seamless flooring solution ideallysuited for industrial flooring applications. It is designed to restoreand replace eroded or spalled concrete floors. When sealed, PerdüreSLE & SLE produce a dense, skid inhibiting surface that eliminatesdirt and chemical penetration. The chemical resistance and overallperformance of Perdüre SLE & SLE-T can be increased by usingdifferent epoxy and polyurethane top coats. Since no two floors are the same, Perdüre SLE & SLE-T systemsare modified to handle various degrees to chemical, impact and thermalshock resistance. It is applied in thickness ranging from one-sixteenthinch to one-fourth inch. Perdüre SLE & SLE-T is appliedas a three-component system of 100% solids epoxy primer, 100% solidsepoxy body coat that is blended with self-leveling filler and apolyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat. 1/16" to 1/4" thickness 1. Application of Perdüre E02 – 100% solids epoxy primer 2. Application of a blend of self-leveling filler and Perdüre E10 3. Application of a. Perdüre E20
– 100% solids epoxy bodycoat OR b. Perdüre NE25 or Perdüre NE30 – 100% solids Novolac epoxy coatingPerdüre SLE & SLE-T
