Composition:

• bollard in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard. This article is composed by: octagonal plinth (key mm 190, height mm 70), anchor ring mounted to plinth, connector decorated with four acanthus leaves (height mm 165), tapered main shaft (lower diameter mm 80, upper diameter mm 70; height mm 560) with 8 vertical grooves and 2 rings to hold chains, and a sphere (diameter mm 150) decorated with 4 leaves onthe lower half. Bollard available fix, removable with and without rings.

the cast iron parts undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers.

Fixing:

the bollard continues for mm 150 into the foundation plinth; the removable version must be put in a slotted base realized in EN-GJL-200 cast iron locked by a triangular key.
