Portici 1-2

Composition:

• bollard with cylindrical section realized in galvanized steel Fe 360B
(Portici 1:diameter mm 115, height mm 900; Portici 2: diameter mm 60,
height mm 900);
• tapered base in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561
standard (Portici 1: base diameter mm 150, final diameter mm 140,
height mm 115; Portici 2: base diameter mm 85, final diameter mm 80,
height mm 60);
• decorative sphere (Portici 1: diameter mm 100, Portici 2: diameter mm
80) mounted to shaft by means of a male/female connector system.
The bollard can be make fix, removable with and without rings.

Finish:

the cast iron parts undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water
soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc
phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron
grey (min. thickness 200 micron), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt
spray chambers; the steel components undergo a treatment of galvanization, powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron).

Fixing:

the bollard continues for mm 300 into the foundation plinth. The removable version must be put in a slotted base realized in galvanized steel Fe 360B
locked by a triangular key.
